Heritage Ayurvedic & Skincare ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through thecleora.com, our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok pages and our customer chats, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect personal information only with your consent or where the law allows it, and we follow the data protection laws of Bangladesh.

3. Cookies and advertising tools
Our website uses cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. We ask for your consent through a cookie notice when you first visit. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, but some features may not.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only when needed:
- Courier partners: your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order
- Payment providers (bKash and banks): to process and verify payments
- Technology providers: website hosting, email and messaging services that store data for us
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): limited website usage data for advertising, as described in section 3
- Government or law enforcement: when required by the laws of Bangladesh
Some of these providers may store data outside Bangladesh. We use only providers that protect your information to a standard at least equal to ours.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for at least 6 years, as required for e-commerce businesses in Bangladesh. We keep other information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, then delete it or make it anonymous.
6. How we protect it
We limit access to personal information to staff who need it, use secure (HTTPS) connections on our website, and use password-protected systems. No online system is completely secure, but if a data breach affects your information, we will report it to the authorities as the law requires and inform you where appropriate.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your information, unless we must keep it by law (such as order records)
- stop sending you marketing messages
- withdraw your consent at any time; we will then stop using your information for that purpose

8. Reviews, photos and videos
If you share a review, photo or video, we may show it on our website and social media. We will not use your face, name or skin photos in paid advertising without your separate written permission. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.
9. Children
Our website and products are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent, and we do not target advertising at children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make important changes, we will post a notice on our website.
